It was a huge disappointment. My wife and I arrived at 8pm after a long day traveling only to find out we didn’t have a room. Front desk said they couldn’t find either me or my wife. By the way, it was my WIFE’S BIRTHDAY. We realized front desk had no interest in solving the situation so we decided to contact Expedia. Expedia called the hotel and front desk acted very strange. First they couldn’t speak English, then they could. Then the connection was lost…I was still with the Expedia rep on the line when all of the sudden the reservation showed up. However, he said they didn’t have the room we paid for, only a full bed. So, I had to sleep in a full bed with my wife for 3 nights. They also did absolutely nothing to compensate us for this horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel. You can find better options closer to Buenos Aires’ highlights and with a staff that actually cares about you.

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento excelente, quarto confortavel e amplo, apenas o que precisaria melhorar seria o cafe da manhã, não vi mta variedade, sucos industrializados e bolos e paes sem mto sabor… esse seria o unico ponto a melhorar no hotel
