While we appreciated an early check in, the room we had in the south tower needed some upgrades and for the deluxe room I booked and paid for I didn’t expect to look out the window to another building. On check in the price was not per the Expedia booking price, several hundred $ more. She said she fixed it in the system so I’ll have to see what the the final charges are. Buffet breakfast was decent. Location was good but if staying in BA again, I would choose a location in Palmero instead.
