The location is convenient. The floor in my room is in bad condition. There was a half smoked cigarette on the floor from a previous guest in the bathroom. There is a huge abandoned building directly across the street from the hotel- interesting but unattractive view from my room.

Service, comfort, & cleanliness all good. Roos, atleast my basic room is getting old & needs some major refurbishment. Location is good, quiet, but zero views. Very urban.

Hotel rather tired in appearance. We last stayed here in 2018, we felt it has gone downhill since then. The old Harrods building opposite is still abandoned and looks terrible. It makes the road opposite feel very dirty and a bit unsafe. A few homeless people sleeping on pavement next door. Great location for the beautiful Pacificos shopping mall and lots of shops and eateries round about. Laundry charges are ridiculously high, we paid twice as much as at our previous hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the best part of the stay, really great cakes. We ordered a taxi through reception to go from the hotel to the airport, it cost twice as much as an Uber.

It was a bit shabby especially compared to other NH hotels but can’t really complain given the price. It was a great location for catching the buquebus ferry. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a good buffet breakfast in the morning and was clean. The AC in our room struggled to keep our room cool. The hot water in the shower ranged from warm to cool.
