My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had a lovely time. Perfect location with lots of dining options, bars and shops nearby. Staff were all very helpful but especially Alejandro, he was always happy to answer any questions we had and made some great suggestions during our stay. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Nice for a short stay. Rooms are well equipped including kettle for hot drinks and safe. Nice design throughout. The outdoor areas looked inviting however we were there in a rainy spell. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

lovely boutique hotel in soho palermo area of BA. Excellent staff and service. So friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and surprisingly large for a boutique hotel. Great pool area and access to steam room and sauna for relaxing after a day of walking the city. close to restaurants, bars and cafes and many surrounding neighborhoods.

Very pleased with this hotel ! Had a nice contemporary feel. The in hotel cafe was excellent! Me and my wife got the massages which were incredible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Staff was very pleasant and spoke English !

Good hotel

Hotel is good but due to refurbishment of cafe area this let it down... When this is complete things should be better. Pool area suffers from shading due to it being surrounded by high walls

Reception staff were very helpful and could communicate with us in good English. Unfortunately, our breakfast experience was poor, the staff did not know how to smile and one seemed more interested in their mobile phone, Then a mistake with our order - we were challenged twice over this - we appreciate the language difference but this just felt rude. I would expect better customer care in the hospitality industry

Krista Boutique.

The hotel experience was very good, extremely clean and helpful staff. The hotel room was a little bare-bones. A few more amenities like shower cap, body lotion and slippers could have been nice for the price. Likewise at the sauna. Breakfast was good if not a little stingy. Overall a good experience.

The location is great and staff is very friendly. Once paid for the upgrade to a room with a terrace, the room was quite nice. Unfortunately air conditioner throughout the whole floor smelled like sewage on and off. We complained to the front desk but nothing was done. Had to spend two nights without AC.

We were unable to use the swimming pool. If the staff was not at the front desk we were not able to get access to the hotel. The outdoor noise was overwhelming and the sounds from the patio echoed a lot making it hard to sleep past 7am when the restaurant opened. Although I had booked for a week at this property, I was given a room with no balcony.
