The hotel is well situated in the microcentre, with most places of interest within easy walking distance. Our room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. However our overall impression was that the hotel feels "tired" and would benefit from a refurbishment. The photos of the hotel are clever and somewhat flattering, the reality is less glamorous. The rooftop bar, swimming pool area and entrance lobby are all much smaller than they appear. Whilst quite large, our room described as a suite, was very basic by way of amentities. No plug in the sink or bath (what is the point of a bath without a plug ???), no flannel provided for washing, and no kettle to make a hot drink., there was a USD2 charge for water in the mini bar. Overall, I would say the hotel warrants a reasonable 3 star or 6 out of 10 rating.

The room was good. Bathroom shower was terrible. TV Spanish only and some stations not clear. Staff was helpful. I stayed 4 days. First 2 days breakfast was good . 3 rd was horrible because no food left. And they don't bring anymore. Very crowded. 4th day left early so no breakfast. Not happy when I came home they billed 7.45 . I paid hotel entire amount taxes and everything. Did not use their mini bar so had to dispute with credit card.

Very stylish hotel and rooms are nice with great showers, but a few little wrinkles: WiFi was dreadful in room 605, unidentified flood in bathroom, nowhere to put toiletries when you’re in the shower. Front desk staff completely ignored us when we arrived until they’d finished on the phone, though they were courteous and friendly at all other interactions. Decent overall, but would stay elsewhere in BA if I went back.
