This is a gem of a hotel in the prestigious Recoleta area of Buenos Aires. Renovated, 100+ yr old building with so much history and Old World character and charm. The breakfast buffet is very complete, omelette very good. The lunch/dinner restaurant serves elevated cuisine. Best of all, the staff is super helpful and friendly.

The staff here is outstanding. They do everything and anything they can to ensure guests have a great time in Buenos Aires. The room and the hotel are very clean. Breakfast is very nice. It is so buffet and you can order eggs and a few other items from the menu. It is very conveniently located to sights, shops and restaurants. The best ice cream store is very close.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful front desk attendants that were able to get us day of reservations at the places we wanted. The room was more plain/simple than the photos on Expedia of what I thought we were getting, but it was clean and immaculate every time we came back. The maids do a great job of servicing your room. We ate at the restaurant once and we had a lovely server and enjoyed the food! Overall, I’d definitely stay again for the price point in Recoleta, but might request a certain room. Great location and very safe. We really enjoyed it!
