This is the fourth time I stay at this property. It's not fancy but it's clean, offers free breakfast, is close to shopping and dining, and has the friendliest staff.

Not a fancy place but it's clean, breakfast is good, and staff is friendly. Having a safe in our room was great to keep passports secure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable hotel close to the main attractions Buenos Aires offers.

Clean. Friendly staff. 24/7 front desk staff keeps the glass front door locked but they open it right away after ringing the bell. Safe box in room was also a nice feature. Less than a minute walking to Florida street which has plenty of dining and shopping options. Will return to this hotel again.

Stayed for only one night, but I have to say the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room it self was good for me because I just needed bed, ac, and bathroom. It was just a little noisy because you can hear the other guest on the same floor entering and exiting from their rooms. The hotel has the basic necessities but some of it can be dated, however it is still good place to stay.

We enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Although the property is old and the rooms do not seem to have been updated, the staff gets an A for professionalism. We felt very safe, as the front desk kept a close eye on the door. The rooms were cleaned as soon as we requested. Also, to our delight, the beds were the most comfortable. We slept great every night. Breakfast was ready, plenty, and acceptable. We would stay here again.

I spent only one night in this hotel. It is an old buiding with two elevators, which one of them only worked. My room needed an urgent upgrade. It was cold and the heat did not work. On the other hand, staff was nice, Internet fast and that’s it.

Good budget hotel. Can’t beat the price. Breakfast simple as are rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Internet wanting in rooms and better in common area near lobby. The only other issue I had was it was noisy at times. Any noise in the hallway easily heard in room. Location is close enough to walk anywhere within Microcenter of BA and many buses run right by hotel. If you are taking Tienda Leon bus it is an easy ten minute walk. The ferry to Colonia is four blocks away. I would stay there again.

I thought it was great value for money. The staff including cleaning were very kind and helpful. When I was checking out, one if the cleaning staff rushed down from 13th floor to give me something I had left behind which I really appreciated. The room was basic but adequate and there was a nice view out of window. The only negative thing was the Wi-FI and maybe if there was an english news channel on TV. I would really recommend staying in hotel, warm, friendly and great value for money (including breakfast). Staff especially very helpful and also was able to store bags for 5 hours after checkout and hotel had arranged taxi for airport.

Great location. Breakfast was nice. I liked having water available in the fridge. Check in went poorly. The gentleman at the front desk had not a word of English and I have very basic Spanish. I could not understand what he was trying to ask and he was asking for a lot of info. This should have and could have easily been done with an on-line check-in option. At least have a little spanish/english chart employees can point to for the basic info needed. I had just lost my wallet in my taxi to the hotel and the man at the desk was of absolutely no help and not even sympathetic.

Hotel simples, mas muito bom, e Localização excelente, limpeza diária, funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã com ovos mexidos, pão, croissant, frios. A única ressalva é a banheira, sugiro retirar pois para idoso ou deficiente é complicado o banho.

Reclamo reserva fallida

Cuando llegue a hacer check in no había reserva activa en ese hotel, me dicen que el día miércoles anterior desistieron de la reserva y que mandaron mail al efecto al operador, pero Nadie me avisó de la caída de la reserva. Ni hoteles.com ni el hotel de reserva cuando por la app me informaban que estaba todo bien y activa la reserva. Necesito que me expliquen que sucedió porque tuve que ir a otro hotel con los inconvenientes de tener que trasladarme después de un viaje del exterior. Si se me cobro quiero que me devuelvan todo el monto que se me cobró vía hoteles.com en la tarjeta. No puede pasar esto en anteriores reservas en otras locaciones no tuve ningún problema. Quiero saber porque sucedió esto. Además no es fácil comunicarse por la app para reclamo debe estar una dirección de correo para esto. No pude reclamar en el momento por este motivo.
