Spending New Year in Buenos Aires

The hotel was excellent and well located. The food was great and the cleanliness of the room was incredible, especially the bathroom. The most amazing thing was the support from the staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay at a great hotel for a fair price.

In the heart of Buenos Aires

Stay was very pleasant, hotel location was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good, varied and plenty. My only complaint is that my room was near some machinery which made a lot of noise especially in the early morning hours. The constant humming of it was annoying.

This is really a top notch hotel in a prime location of Buenos Aires. Everything very clean, impeccable service. The included breakfast is truly one of the best encountered in a typical breakfast included deal: other hotels could learn from the Grand Brizo. Staff is always smiling and do their upmost to make you a happy traveller, and we have been around the world a few times, we see thee fifference and appreciate it! Ps great job Ezequiel at the front desk Ps2 floors 11 and 12 have the more spacious suites

Nice hotel

Great location, and lovely breakfast. The rooms are spacious but ready for refurbishing. The bed was comfortable. Hard floors create some noise. Unfortunately when I arrived reception insisted that I needed to pay for my stay only even though I had already paid, had a receipt from Hotels.com and proof of purchase on my credit card statement. After much time it turned out they had mixed me up with someone else!

We have stayed at this Hotel on 2 occasions. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very helpful. The property is an easy walk to several sites. And the absolute best part of this hotel is both times we checked in at 9am (check in is 3pm) and they had rooms clean and ready. Which rarely happens anywhere. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone.
