I appreciated the clean room. Hot water. Great water pressure. The door man! I loved an afternoon drink on the balcony of the co work area (quietly). The area is easy to access points of interest and other neighbourhoods. The restaurant on the corner is an excellent choice. Breakfast was hit or miss for me. Air conditioning was inconsistent and other services like laundry and the gym were not consistently available.
