The staff was so nice! They were very accomodating to us when we wanted to check in early and helped us book a taxi from the airport. The rooms were clean and big. The hotel is in the PERFECT location, close to so many shops and restaurants! This is my second time staying here and I loved it, would go back.

This is a wonderful apartment hotel. It is run by a small group. We looked out and got the penthouse unit with a large gracious and spacious balcony and two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. The staff are terrific. It’s located really close to the Serrano market and all kinds of other wonderful things about Palermo in Buenos Aires. Great coffee shop across the street as well.

Friendly, attentive staff. Great location in Palermo. Great value, room was cozy and had a nice balcony. There is a design flaw with the shower. The bathroom is clean and fine, but the way the shower is designed causes it to splash water on the floor.

Perfeito para o que eu precisava. Fiquei só uma noite em BA e queria um lugar que ficasse perto de restaurantes e bares. Bairro seguro, consegui fazer o que precisava andando. O quarto é bem espaçoso e limpo. A cama extremamente confortável. Não utilizei a cozinha, mas me pareceu bem completa.

Primeiramente, o ar-condicionado do quarto apresentou falhas e não funcionou adequadamente. Somado a isso, tive problemas com a privacidade: a equipe de limpeza tocava a campainha constantemente para entrar no quarto, o que poderia ser facilmente evitado com a simples oferta de placas de 'Não Perturbe' para os hóspedes. Por fim, o ponto mais crítico foi a campainha de segurança da entrada do hotel; entendo a finalidade do sistema, mas o som é ensurdecedor e ecoava dentro do meu quarto toda vez que alguém entrava no prédio, dificultando muito o relaxamento. Espero que vejam esses pontos como oportunidades de melhoria, especialmente no que diz respeito ao isolamento acústico e à sinalização dos quartos, para que a experiência dos próximos hóspedes seja mais confortável.
