Definitely the best hotel in Buenos Aires. Front desk was amazing! Thanks for the room upgrade for my birthday week. Breakfast was delicious and always enjoyable. Restaurant and pool service was slow but seemed like they improved during the 10 days at the hotel. The spa was very nice. The gym was good, but needs newer cardio. The pool is gorgeous and worth choosing Faena.

Valentin at the front desk was excellent, all our interactions by emails were extremely profesional and helpful. He was a big part of us having a great stay. Staff in general were really nice and helpful, at the bar, at the spa, the manager at the front office was excellent and made sure we felt special and happy. Loved their restaurant, loved their live music every evening. Would love to go back some day. Thank you Faena, we will recommend you for sure.

The Hotel is beautiful the decoration is amazing. The combination with new and antiques objects we really enjoy. For sure get the breakfast at el Mercado is an amazing buffet with so many options to eat as well as as unlimited Mimosas. When we check in everyone was very helpful and friendly Marina and her team makes us feel very welcome we go a room upgraded with a beautiful card, chocolates and a bottle of Faena Malbec. Francisco was also very helpful coordinating our dinner and multiple events we had, he was always very friendly and willing to help us anytime. The room are beautiful decorated clean and we got the upgraded to a bigger room we had our son with us so we can be very more comfortable. Thanks Marina for that upgraded. In general we love the hotel and everyone who work there. We will definitely come back when we will be back in Buenos Aires. I highly recommend the hotel.
