The location of the property is nice. Our room is so dusty, uncomfortable and central air condition is not working. When we arrived in our room, the vent was closed which is a big question mark. I asked the middle aged man, maybe a supervisor to check our room, so he open the vent and he said that they have centralized air condition. There was a ceiling fan but the remote control is not working. That man told us that that will get fixed in 10 minutes, it did not happened. The room is not ready , NO TOWELS. I asked that man to just provide us another room but he said they are fully booked. First night, we asked the front desk if we can borrow electric fan, they said they don’t have any. Second day when we came back from our tour, front desk is using electric fan, so we asked them if we can borrow the fan because we are not comfortable with our room because it is so hot,. Then that night they have another fan in the front desk. is our room just a STORAGE ROOM? DUSTY, VENT CLOSED, REMOTE CONTROL NOT WORKING, CENTRALIZED AIR NOT WORKING, NO TOWELS . NO FAN? We are so DISAPPOINTED.

Location is great, beds were very comfortable, as was the room. The only drawback was that there was only one key per room and we were a party of 3. We managed around it but having an additional key for guest use would have made planning easier. Having the small kitchenette was a great convenience and overall cleanliness of the room was very good.

Dirty hotel - Stay away

Dirty hotel, stay away. when I walked into my room, I found long hair on my bed, when I went to take a shower, bath tub had lot of hairs. This hotel needs major renovation and major cleaning. Bathroom looks like from 50's. I was planning to stay 4 days and had to find another hotel. STAY AWAY. The only thing good about this hotel is that its at a very good location.

The room is newly renovated, comfy bed with a small kitchen. Prime location very close to Obelisco and shopping streets. However, the heating system of the whole building were malfunction. Even when it was working, the air outlet is too small to heat up the room. Do not stay during protest, parade or any celebrations in BA if you are light sleeping. People can be on the street making noise until 2 am. Apart from that everything is good. Staff are very helpful espacially Wendy. She gave me tips for restaurants and place to go around the city.

O hotel está um pouco antigo e alguns pontos precisam de manutenção/reforma. Café da manhã deixa bastante a desejar. Apesar disso, a localização é excelente, perto de tudo!

Localisation centrale mais bruyante

Chambre offrant une belle vue sur l'obélisque et l'avenue centrale. Bonne localisation. Réceptionnistes sympa. Mais chambre très bruyante, double vitrage inefficace et chambres mitoyennes non isolées avec l'impression que les voisins étaient dans notre chambre. Petit déjeuner qui aurait pu être sympa si la serveuse n'avait pas oublié de s'occuper de nous. Elle nous a servi par étapes très espacées et ne nous a livré à manger que pour un. En revanche la serveuse du lendemain était au top, rapide et efficace.

Recomendo a estadia sem café

Hotel bem localizado, com bom tamanho e limpo. O que fica a desejar é o cafe da manha pois o bar onde é servido ao lado é pequeno, cheio d confuso. Nao é self service o que dificulta e atrasa. Pegar a diaria sem café creio ser a melhor opção.

Vista para o obelisco

Estadia incrível, quarto com vista para o obelisco, as camareiras limpavam os quartos todos os dias, os meninos da recepção super gente boa e indicava vários lugares para comer, tomar sorvete e turistar por Buenos Aires, o café da manhã super completo, recomendo!

Hotel é bem localizado na avenida principal perto do Obelisco. Funcionários prestativos, Quarto confortável, apesar de não ter muito isolamento acústico e dá pra ouvir o barulho dos quartos ao lado. Café da manhã não vale a pena e vem pouca coisa, são opções já prontas e que não satisfazem, oferecidas numa cafeteria que também é aberta ao público de fora e às vezes nem tem lugar pra sentar. Mas se o café não for prioridade, o hotel vale a pena sim.

Hospedagem perfeita! Ficamos encantados!

Ambiente muito bom, bastante limpo e organizado. O time de recepção foi super atencioso e cuidadoso conosco. Contamos com apoio para adaptadores de tomada, saca-rolhas, secador de cabelo, boas dicas e bons papos. A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, perto de tudo. Ponto alto é o metrô subte quase em frente, obelisco e a Av. Corrientes. Apesar de ficar em frente à av. 9 de julio, muito movimentada, as janelas tem isolamento acústico. Certamente é uma hospedagem que faria (e talvez farei) de novo. Café da manhã em parceria com o café logo embaixo, que é o melhor custo-benefício da região. Hospedes não pagam o desayuno.
