The staff are lovely and the location is good for accessing the very safe Palermo restaurants, the train, and the botanical Gardens. But to call these luxury apartments is beyond a stretch. They are dark, cheaply built, and have the tiniest of bathrooms and balconies. Book sooner than we did to avoid the late crazy pricing and stay closer within Palermo or in a hotel.
