Desayuno excelente, habitación cómoda pero no la limpiaron lo que fue la estadía, no contaba con aire como decía sino que tenía ventilador, wifi no llegaba a la habitación! Excelente zona donde está ubicado!

Los empleados son poco cordiales, las instalaciones son muy antiguas, y no están conservadas, alfombras manchadas, mapara de baño que no cierra, televisor de tubo, nunca anduvo wifi, tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado. El desayuno se sirve en otro hotel.

En general, todo estuvo bien, pero me parece que pecaron con un pequeña "argentiniada". Habia comprado la estadia por internet ... y cuando llegue me sorprendieron con que habia que pagar " otro cargo " por el IVA ¿?¿?¿? ...... aunque debo reonocer que no me cobraron 2 0 3 llamadas telefonicas

No respetaron la reserva, no había habitación y como solución mme ofrecieron cancelar la reserva sin cargo, dejándome sin alojamiento siendo las 23hs. Afortunadamente, por buena voluntad del recepcionista me consiguió una habitación en el apart catalinas
