Super lovely and attentive staff. Great with correspondence and ensuring we were picked up by a driver at 2:30am! Great room comfy bed and again excellent staff. Agustina and Luca I believe were the two main people I met with, but the other staff were equally as lovely.

A beautiful hotel with a kind and helpful staff. We reserved a room with a twin and king, a great setup for families. It had plenty of space for us to spread out and relax.

The room was clean and very warm on a cold winter weekend. The staff was very friendly and had excellent area recommendations. They offered luggage storage so we could spend some time in the city with a late evening flight. We would absolutely stay again!

The location was well situated in Palermo Soho, safe and walkable. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, but it would be nice to have for longer stays. The staff was friendly. We would stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and when we needed an iron, it was provided quickly, which we really appreciated. The hotel is in a nice area, making it convenient and enjoyable for walking around and exploring nearby places.
