I have been to BA many times and Casa Joseph was the best place of all. The staff is wonderful, helping with anything needed, replying messages really fast and very friendly communication. They were flexible and understanding, my flight was very delayed and they accommodated changes without any problem. Room was very clean, bed was great and comfortable, bathroom and all was really neat and I definitely recommend - and will be staying there again on my next visit. The location is superb, only a few steps away from restaurants, bars, stores, cambio exchange, supermarket, pharmacy etc. Subway is also close by and Palermo is the most charming and fun neighborhood in BA.

Room was great. It’s a large size and very clean. Would be great for a longer stay. My only nit is the pillows were small and flat which made for a less than restful sleep. First and foremost, the hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in late and check out very early in the AM. They provided helpful suggestions on things to do and where to get dinner given the late hour. Additionally, the hotel was well appointed and in an excellent location. The Neighborhood is safe with lots of activities and places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Large, clean room with balcony, comfortable bed, and excellent recommendations from super friendly front desk staff Diana and Nacho. Would definitely stay again. The only reason I didn't rate Casa Joseph as excellent is that we had to work a bit to get what we needed (toilet paper, towels, and the safe to open). But again Diana and Nacho were fast and helpful.
