Receptionist gave me VIP treatment & upgrade to Superior Room. He also assisted in obtaining my Migraciones Confirmation. Room clean, with very comfortable bed. Breakfast (as always) very friendly and efficient in maintaining a very clean environment.

The service was excellent. All employees were so pleasant and so helpful !! Everyone. Great location, good breakfast , quiet. I will come back to this hotel and highly recommend it.

Nice hotel in agreat place with a lot restaurants, great staff at frontdesk and bar the older bartenders. Only bartender in the hotel around 50 years watch out as he's putting charging you crazy amounts if you pay cash.

Hotel was clean, well furnished, but staff were not very helpful, just tried to take advantage of you, like making reservations at higher prices to get comissikn, changing currency well below the going rates, not helpful at all with the baggage, not helpful finding a taxi. Etc.

Had problems with toilet not flushing, was repaired the same day. Better response time than many European hotels. Full marks to the Receptionist and the Bisonte Palace Support Team, for their efficiency.

On my departure day, there was an electrical storm with heavy rain. I had tried phoning for a taxi to take me to Ezeiza Airport, but all lines were busy. At Check-Out however the Receptionist and Doorman organised a taxi for me. Exceptional service.

O café da manhã é bem legal, o atendimento da recepção é ótimo bons profissionais. Deixou a desejar o colchão do quarto com um buraco bem ao canto, o chuveiro no nossa quarto não saia boa quantidade de água. Roupas de cama e toalhas bem limpas, ótima localização.

El hotel es lino. Ofrece desayuno bufet adecuado. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque la nuestra no tenía mesa. La pedimos y nos la proporcionaron. En algún momento solicitamos toallas porque olvidaron ponerlas en la habitación y nos las dieron sucias, aunque esto pasó sólo una vez. El frigo bar del cuarto no servía, pero nos quejamos y lo cambiaron. El personal amable en general y nos ayudo a resolver diversas dudas sobre nuestra estancia y los alrededores.
