the property is dated and needs some maintenance but it's very clean. The staff is EXCELLENT. Rosa and the front desk helped us change rooms when the heating wasn't working properly. There is a wonderful woman who tends to the breakfast with the kindest disposition. Really the staff is super. It's a good place to stay even if it is a little dated.

I enjoyed staying at the BUE hotel. Every single employee has professional attitude. Front desk allowed us to check in very early on the day arrival, and check out very late. Breakfast was great, buffet service was incredible. Room is very clean and hotel is centrally located to dining areas and public transportation. Subway or metro (local calls SUBTE) is only 1 minute walk and very convenient. I will definitely will stay again. Great hotel, great services, great experience. Thank you!
