This hotel is in a great area, quiet at night but within easy walk of cafes and restaurants and Recoleta. The staff were polite and the room was large and clean. Breakfast was ok. We didn’t use the spa so I can't comment on that.The only downside for us was that we had booked an inside facing room which had no natural light and there was no garden or terrace that we could use.
