This is an excellent hotel in a terrific area. We disembark from the cruise ship in the morning and had a 36 hours stay in BA. The hotel let us check in at noon instead of the normal 3 pm time because of the Expedia reservation. This was very helpful as we had an earlier than normal rise and not so smooth disembarkation. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom, equipped with a high class jacuzzi, was great. The spa room/gym was nice but we didn't get to use it.The receptionist, Valentina was very friendly and helpful. The concierge, Francisco, was super nice and pleasant. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent.The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from a great eating and shopping area. It is also in walking distances from great places to visit. Highly recommend this 5 star hotel.

Gorgeous modern hotel in Puerto Madero. Rooms were new, bed most comfortable, amenities high end, staff most professional and courteous, instagramable public spaces, walkable, safe, restaurants all over and near center. Uber is very reasonable. Loved the hotel and the experience we had.

What a wonderful hotel. The only negative is a king bed room really isn’t a king bed but two twin beds pushed almost together, there is still a gap between them. The hotel is very fancy and beautiful! I would not hesitate to stay there!

This is a great hotel in a really good part of town. There are a lot of attractions to visit on foot and there’s plenty of transportation to get to other parts of the city. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very luxurious as are the amenities. It’s not a very “green” hotel despite their claim to be conscious about the environment but they aren’t wasteful either (the only green aspect I saw was that they did not change the sheets or towels as I requested). All in all, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back soon!
