Could be a nice property but lacks maintenance. Seems understaffed for cleaning and maintenance. The beds and sheets seemed crisp and super clean which made it OK but the rest of the property needed maintenance and better cleaning. The side entrance stairwell was filled with excess trash needing to go to the dumpster at one point and stunk when walking by. There was sand and debris in the hot tub and pool. Location made the stay since we could walk to Knotts Berry Farm and Medieval Times which was a huge plus. Overall quiet and no other issues.

There was food in the mini fridge that had spoiled left from a previous guest, I had to let one of the cleaning ladies know, didn’t open the fridge it made the room smell bad. Other than that, no need for so many mirrors and a tv in the lounge area would be better than a mirror. Good beds clean rooms, there were no extra sheets for the pull out bed and the matresss for that was a bit yellow. We decided not to bother with it.

We booked this hotel with me my wife and 4 year old son , room was pretty dusty and the AC was locked so we could not change the temp to cool the room, it was very stuffy. Staff was not very accommodating or nice we ended up leaving about an hour after seeing the room , we didn't use any of there amenities but still got charged 50.00 . I don't recommend this horrible hotel .avoid at all cost .

This hotel offers a great location easy to get around one bus straight to Disneyland about 25 minute bus ride. Food choices in walking distance. The pool was nice, but the hot tub jets didn’t seem to work well. The building is old. It shows its age as do the rooms. It was surprisingly quiet, which was great. Beds were comfortable. But overall as an older building it was a great place to stay and the staff was really wonderful. At the price point it really is a five star, if you’re looking for value and low cost.
