Excellent hotel staff, front desk JackLynn was very helpful and friendly. Room was super clean. Shower was a bit odd to figure out but it was spacious and plenty of hot water. Valet staff where very friendly and polite. Food was amazing. I will definitely stay again!!

We got a room right on the pool deck and loved it. It was perfect for the kids. They loved playing in the pool after a long day at Knotts. The hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly.
