This is a wonderful family owned and operated hotel. I really enjoyed my time here and Igor (the owner) and his family made me feel right at home with their amazing hospitality. Great location, just a short 5 minute walk to the beach! I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Budva!

The property was clean, dated but perfectly suited to our needs. Igor was amazing so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room wasnspacious with a lovely balcony but the furnishings and bathroom were a little tired, although all in working order. The hotel was in a great location for everything and the parking with next door eighboir was brilliant with the old gentleman so lovely.

The Villa is very strategically located in a back street and close to the beach and restaurants, etc. The breakfast was good, they didnt have a very good bread options, and also no alternative milks like soya or oats but no one in the Balkans seems to be into it. Igor, the manager is very helpful and friendly.

Igor’s place is just like on pictures. Great family villa with multiple units. Located in super central area where sea and old town are reachable by foot just in minutes and still in nice and cozy neighborhood. Igor and villa staff give us very warm welcome. Communication and check in were super smooth. Great panoramic elevator will bring you at your floor just in seconds. Our room was super clean and fresh, also had a breathtaking view on the sea and Sv. Nicola island. Wifi was perfect for video confence and surfing. Room has it’s own dedicated working space. I highly recommend this accomodation for any short or mid term rental.
