This hotel was genuinely fantastic in every sense of the word. Everything from the staff to the pool to the amenities and even the location was outstanding. The staff was so kind and helpful during the entirety of our experience and always made sure we were comfortable and all of our needs were met. Not only did they make us feel welcome but they made us feel like family. We needed a car ride arranged to the airport and they set everything up for us and all of our stress was relieved. The breakfast was incredible, anything you could want they had. Not only did they have such an extensive array of food but it all tasted incredible and was cooked fresh with care. When ordering food and drinks later in the day we were just as impressed. The pool and it's cleanliness was also taken up with extreme care, seriously it was spotless and the chairs and cabanas were always clean. The same goes with the rooms, always clean and very comfortable and spacious. The area around the hotel is also great since there are many near by restaurants, grocery stores, and even a mall. My family and I couldn't recommend this hotel more and we will definitely be staying here again!

Staff was excellent, but the hotel was not 4 star by any means. The breakfast was not all good , barely edible. Drinks not great. The location was lacking and the room was very tight. I believe they over sold the quality rating.

Très bel hotel.Tres propre. Bon petit déjeuner qui pourrait être parfait avec du jus d'orange frais. Magnifique piscine. Points négatifs : trop de lumière dans la chambre, les rideaux ne sont pas occulttants et la lumière issue de secours trop lumineuse. Pas de gonds sur les portes, donc fermeture des portes bruyante.Gel douche bleu qui sent mauvais et pas d'après champoing.
