We did have some trouble with the plastic white tag which activates power in the room but managed to get it into position which then allowed all power switches to work. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions.
