The hotel was excellent, but the breakfast buffet is NOT free. In fact, it was quite expensive that we found breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise staff was very friendly, room was smaller, but very efficient use of the space. Liked the aroma of the lobby too.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel, and would definitely stay here again. Our room had gorgeous views, a very comfortable bed, and fantastic bathroom with separate shower room and toilet. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and spa were all extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely have a spa treatment while there, the massage therapist does an excellent job. The front desk staff helped us with restaurant bookings and evening cruise on the Danube as well as any questions we had. We felt very well taken care of 😊

Fantastic hotel, and amazing staff

The staff was very friendly, attentative and always met me with a smile in the door. One of the staff remembered that i liked cappocino, and had one ready for me when i was going to breakfast. When i come back to Budapest i really want to stay here again, thanks so much for a good experience!
