The hotel was lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Check out extremely easy. Location perfect, just a short walk to the Metro or bus stops. We would highly recommend.

It is ideal for a short break. The public areas are very busy and the small courtyard is not very attractive. There are many good dining options nearby and transport links are good.

We had a great stay. The hotel is nice, modern, and clean. The TV was a smart TV, and it was so nice to be able to watch Netflix after traveling for a month. The mini fridge in the room had a few free welcome drinks. Overall, a great stay with small amenities that really improve quality of life.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice, but when I checked in there was a group of guests and there was only one staff member, so it took 40 minutes from when I arrived to when I checked in. I think they should increase the number of staff when large groups come.

We arrived early but were feeling unwell. The staff were very caring and got us into our room as soon as possible, storing our lulggage ulntil we could get a room. While we waited the lobby was very comfortable. The next day we enjoyed the lemonwater and Del Norta pastries very much!

The location it is fantastic, close for every attraction is close. the room is good, but in 4 day a was there the small refrigerator never work. I tell the concierge when just arrive never fix the problem. Really i think don't care to the guest.

There was a Dumpster in the way of opening the door to go to the other hotel. The reason this was a problem is because NO ONE was at our reserved hotel to check is on. My daughter and I were told, by another customer, that we had to haul all off our luggage to another hotel until ours opened. When we returned after check-in time we asked for our luggage and were told to check the door because it was left open quite often. It was ajar so we took our luggage. What a joke. The "Next To" is a joke.

Personale alla reception poco presente, infatti la card di servizio al check out l'ho consegnata alla struttura vicina. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere ,la stessa viene fatta solo se la si chiede al personale addetto alle pulizie altrimenti la camera rimane come viene lasciata.Un punto molto negativo questo.
