The staff were amazing from the moment we got there. Nothing was too much trouble. It was my husbands 40th birthday whilst we were there and when we got back from our morning out there was a birthday cake waiting for him. Great for safely storing our luggage when we arrived and day of departure. The bus stop right outside the hotel means you can get into the city centre in 10 minutes and a 3 day pass was approx £10pp and we well and truly got our money’s worth of use over the 3 days.

Overall convenient location, walking distance to some great restaurants and cafes. However it's a pretty old building. Both restaurant and breakfast was served cold

Great stay

Good location of the hotel. Close to public transportation and shoppingmall. Ride into city center around 20 min with one change. Breakfast was godo with high quality food. Room (2 adult, 2 child) was big enough. We missed places to hang towels and general storgae space. The pool and sauna was great as well.

Very noisy during the night because of partying people on the patio... Also when large groups arrive, the elevators will be busy for 10-20 minutes... Good breakfast though.

Checking in was like crossing borders. Passport control for all guests. Including the kids. A trolley for the luggage would be helpful. Staff need to smile a bit to guests. Wi-Fi was not working. Elevators need better programming. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. They even had a welcome gift for the kids. Breakfast was very good.

For family of 3 - ok, for business trip, better

The room was very small. I booked for 2 teens and 2 adults and was given a room with a queen bed and single pullout couch. No options for anything bigger. Don’t advertise it can hold 4 people if it can’t. The room was also extremely warm. We couldn’t turn the temperature down (so we turned it off) and the window only opened about 5cm, allowing all the noises but no breeze. The indoor pool was absolutely freezing. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly, the location was so so. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend to my friends.
