We had a very spacious room with living area and kitchenette with dishes, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, oven etc. Made our stay very convenient. Tv had many English channels and wifi was fast. I loved the big bathroom and hand soap, shampoo etc had wonderful Green Tea scent. The bed was firm and comfortable. Everything in room was very clean and it is also very quiet there. The hotel has excellent location near railway station and Lidl supermarket and beautiful New York cafe are just around the corner.

Excellent room - clean and the towel and pillow selection was impressive. The only problem was that I reserved a room on a high floor well in advance of my arrival - but the request was forgotten about. Minor thing but a great place to stay - location excellent

Overall really liked the hotel. The location to the metro station is excellent. Many stores near by. However, the metro station area is trashy and dirty and has lots of homeless and just scary at least for our little children. The staff was good and cordial. The housekeeping at times was behind their cleaning time so had to ask for the room to be cleaned and coffee was not restocked. In the midst of everything enjoyed our stay at this hotel

We booked this hotel for 4 nights and was totally blown away with our hotel; our room was so spacious, a little kitchenette area, with amenities such as washing machine, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker; the balcony was huge, what’s more surprising, and we didn’t know when booking the hotel, that it was adjoining to the New York Cafe which was a big bonus, so no queuing up. Definitely would stay there again, great location, near to tram, metro and bus. Budapest is such a beautiful city to visit.
