This place was amazing! The location is perfect very close to ruin bars and the metro. The staff were also very helpful, I lost my key card late at night and called the after-hours number and they helped me immediately. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! I got in late and they gave me some good recommendations on where to go for takeaway Lagos. The breakfast was of value and it was so cute to eat in their curated dining room! Just wish there would have been more people. The rooms are very nice and the bathroom had a lot of hot water and even a towel warmer! I just wish the bedsheets were a little cleaner and the bed was softer. The staff even went the extra mile and put out things in the reception you may need for the next morning / evening (ear plugs, shavers, etc). Although not a traditional hotel, it still felt very secure with two key card to enter. Plus the rooms have tvs with Netflix and prime!

I booked this hotel for my son who was meeting up with friends in Budapest for a few days. He specifically asked me to leave a 5 star review particularly for the staff there who he said were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure he had a good stay not only in the hotel but in Budapest itself.

Very nice place, great location, 5 minutes walk to ruin bars and other good tourist locations. The front desk is extremely helpful. We got there late the first day and Ayana stayed late to help us check in. Another lady helped me scanned one page document for free. Across the street, many good restaurants and wine tasting place. Very good place to stay in Budapest with reasonable price.

We had a lovely stay at Metropolis. The room we had was inspired by Nikolas Tesla and it was beautifully designed. We got a good feeling about the hotel immediately, the room was clean and stylish. The location is very close to the city, but still far enough away that it is quiet in the area. The staff were welcoming and helpful when we needed help with various things. Next time I go to Budapest I will book Metropolis Botique Hotel, and you should too!

This is a charming little boutique hotel, hidden away at back of a building. Although we had some difficulty entering the main gate, when we got in the staff were delightful, and went out of their way to help us. The interior design is quirky and creative. We were in the Tesla room fitted out with mementos of the famous scientist. Room was very clean and comfortable, We had a nice breakfast every morning. Location is great, easily walkable to the main sights and transport hubs.
