Excellent accommodations, location, and staff. Ezsther gave us recommendations for a nearby restaurant, night life with train directions, and a post it note with food and drinks to try. The entire staff seemed eager to show off their city and culture. Very helpful! The hotel is super close to a metro station, a 25-minute walk from Buda Castle, and a 12-minute walk from Fisherman’s Bastion. Breakfast was great too!

I'm disappointed because they have nothing in the rooms, when I say nothing I refer to: no coffee maker, no kettle, no coffee, no sugar, nothing at all. If you want something to heat water with you have to pay, they facilitate the minimum in the room, on top of that the staff were kind of rude, I don't know if it's cultural but they were very short, over all I will never stay there again.

I enjoyed our stay, it was a convenient location, within walking distance from most things and easy access to public transportation. Breakfast was tasty as well. My only challenge was a warm blowing A/C, my stay was short so there was limited time to maintenance follow through with addressing it. But it did make my nights difficult. Overall, I did enjoy my stay and I would recommend.

Staff was too confused, from check-in, breakfast, and check-out. They seemed to be unprepared and always looking for another staff member to help them with normal day to day issues. Im used to stay at Ibis hotels but this time the experience wasn't the same. Something odd about this hotel.

Er zijn betere opties in Boedapest

Tijdens evenementen wordt een prijs berekend die meer dan het dubbele is dan de reguliere prijs. De kamer maakte een verwaarloosde indruk: vlekken in het tapijt, overal beschadigde muren, beschadigd hoofdboard van het bed. De kamer is niet geschikt voor een langer verblijf dan 1 nacht vanwege het gebrek aan ruimte of behoorlijke kastruimte. Het ontbijt is te duur (€19,- pp) voor wat je krijgt. Als ik iets positiefs moet zeggen, zou het de ligging zijn, vlak bij een station en castle hill op loopafstand.
