The hotel was great, the front desk staff were so nice and helpful, the room was comfortable, the location was excellent. I wish the hotel had a bar in the lobby. The floor in the shower was very slippery and I had to be very careful. I would recommend this property!

Room was relatively clean but on the smaller side - difficult managing big suitcases open on the floor but there was nowhere else to put them. Room has very thin walls and a tiny sink - but comfy bed! Had some initial trouble with the safe and TV remote but receptionist was quick to assist. Great location for tourists and close to transit and many good restaurants and cafes. Solid rooftop bar was a nice experience.

The location and view of the hotel was great. Especially the rooftop where we had our breakfast. However,the ventilator in the bathroom and the fridge in our room was not working. We stayed for 3 nights. We let them know about the fridge but it was neither fixed nor replaced. Also our room was close to the restrooms on the floor and had some noise and smell. Breakfast was limited too.

The front desk staff was helpful. We were a bit disappointed in the room—while the balcony was nice, the door didn’t lock properly. The bed was hard and pillows and bedding were worn/need replacing. Small towels. Small shower. Rugs were in the way. Decor was small scale and uncomfortable. Lacked vanity and storage space. Small blocks of wood as night stands, no room for anything. Hallways were cluttered and looked like we were waking through the basement to get to our room. We weren’t told what time the cut off was for cleaning services and our room wasn’t serviced one day. One tiny elevator that was slow.

Central location within walking distance of many of the cities key attractions. 300 metres from AirPort Express bus at second last stop.
