Excellent staff, very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great everyday. The spa was great, sauna was amazing I was there on my birthday, they took the time to deliver chocolate to my room and a glass of champagne at dinner. I had a Danube river view balcony room. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest with my family last week. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. It was also a convenient place to stay while exploring Budapest. Loved this hotel. Rooms were great - decent size and incredibly clean (premium balcony with river view). Swimming pools were fantastic - there different pools at different temperatures. Lovely lobby with comfortable seats and a nice outdoor seating area. Breakfast was reliable - hot cooked items (bacon, sausage, egg, beans, etc), cold meats and cheese, breads and pastries and more. We had travel cards for getting around - bus stop outside by the Prima store (also helpful to have nearby) and a 10 minute walk to the metro m3 line.
