Location is unbeatable. Walkable to many places, lots of dinning and shopping near the hotel. Although the hotel is a beautiful old building, there is a section of the hotel that is recently remodeled. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I would certainly recommend.

The room we stayed in was nice but located on the side of hotel. There was constant noise and police/ambulance sirens going off. The room was not very clean and the cleaners only made the beds and changed the towels. The bathroom was not cleaned. The breakfast was nice. The staff were helpful. The best thing about the hotel was the location. We could go walk to nearby restaurants and attractions.

It was truly my honor to choose your hotel for this stay. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are even more outstanding — always helpful and ready to answer any questions. I was especially touched when I twisted my ankle and was worried about missing my connecting flight because I needed to contact the airline to arrange wheelchair assistance. I felt quite helpless at that moment. The front desk staff member, Adrian, showed incredible patience and kindness. He searched across different websites to find the correct contact number and spent a great deal of time helping me resolve the issue. I was deeply moved by his support.
