Absolutely brilliant. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic even for vegetarians, way above our expectations. The spa was exceptionally clean and thoughtful. Loved it. Extremely good value for money. Was so happy extended the stay by 1 day. Really good to be out of the main area in the city but yet just a 30 min walk or a bus ride away. Had gym, pool as well as spa. Gorgeously situated in the park. The hotel and surroundings and spa really made our holiday. We wanted a relaxing break. Planned 3 nights, stayed 4.

Check-in was easy and straightforward. The desk held our bags as we'd arrived early. Staff was helpful throughout our stay and our room was well cleaned and serviced daily with fresh bottled water each day. The spa amenities were wonderful and we utilized them daily. The trip through the underground tunnel to get to the spa wasn't bad. Breakfast we had a split opinion on - I enjoyed it, my wife did not. Plenty of options each day, but YMMV. The on-site restaurant I can only comment on the service as I just had a beer, but service was good. Location is of course wonderful on the island. Very peaceful and still easy access to the center of the city by bus and then tram. I would stay again and recommend this for couples and families.

Nice hotel on the lovely Margaret island. We enjoyed the spa with different pools and saunas, our kids really liked the pool outside on the rooftop. Good breakfast with many options. Helpful staff and overall a good experience! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visited Budapest another time. A lot to discover on the island, quiet and peaceful while still close to the city.

Fantastic breakfast and dinner! Loved the pools, although we would have loved one of the pools to be a little warmer. The island is worth the trip in itself. Will definitely be back!

The room was clean, the property itself is not directly in city center but located in a great island almost like a forest. We enjoyed thermal pools as well. You can take a bus and need to change to tram for center. The property is not brand new but everything was fine and clean. Breakfast was good as well.
