From the time we got off the taxi, we were greeted and everyone was welcoming and eager to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. The hotel is beautiful and spa services are very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very quiet as it faced into a central courtyard, so no street noise keeping us awake. Bed comfortable, decent shower, big fluffy towels, robes and slippers, good selection of food at breakfast (we’re vegetarian). Ideal location for the opera. A little way from other main attractions but can walk in about 25 mins. All very good would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful on the outside and in the main areas, lobby, bar, stunning entry! The restaurant and bar are beautiful but very expensive for what is slightly above average food. The location to seeing things in Pest is excellent and the concierge service, namely Kryzstina was superb for restaurant recommendations and securing us a private walking tour. The room service was okay, they are not generous with towels or shower/bath products. It would have been nice to have the bed clothes changed daily. Overall a good stay for the price.
