The host at the front, David is super friendly and helpful. He took care of us the entire time. Anything that we asked, he was ready to help and provide. Oscar, at the bar was super friendly and made wonderful drinks and if we didn’t like it, and it wasn’t to our taste he would change it for us. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional. I just returned from a 4 night stay at 5 Frogs Hotel in Bucerías and everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was huge, clean, and had more amenities than we could use! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, and the beach is very close by. My teenagers were also very happy :) We had delicious tapas from the restaurant downstairs.
