Vi bodde i mange dager uten at de skiftet sengetøy

Dårlig kommunikasjon mellon resepsjon og restaurant. Vi hadde en lang reise og var meget sultne os sliten. Vi sporte mange ganger hvis restauranten var åpnet. Og de sa ja. Da vi gikk til restauranten servitøren sa at koken hadde gått fordi de trodde at ingen skulle komme idag. Så kjøkken stengte 40 minutter før. Veg frokos og lunsj hadde de en meget sur servitør. Ellers de andre var ok. De var mege seint å gjøre reint på rommen. De ryddet bare. Og de skiftet ikke sengetøy. Vi bodde en uke og fra erfaring fra andre hoteller skifter de sengetøy hverdag. Speilet med det varmen. Vi hadde 29 grader.

Generelt det var en bra opplevelse. Vi bodde over seks dager og på denne tid ble ikke skiftet sengetøy. Den dagen vi kom. Sporte vi mange ganger om restauranten var åpen og de sa ja. Da vi kom til restaurant så hadde de stengt pga at de ikke trodde at noen skulle komme. Og de stengene 40 minutter før tidlig. Dårlig informasjon og dårlig kommunikasjon mellom dem.
