This is a very nice hotel with an excellent spa and restaurant. The beds were hard, but some people prefer them hard. The location is very convenient and the pricing is excellent. Loved the restaurant. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but hey, it's included. No complaints.

Incredible staff and service. Food was excellent and always a seat open at the restaurant. Only concern is the neighborhood surrounding is less family friendly and more of a club and bar scene, but the hotel itself is the best option in Bucaramanga for travelers with pets

A superb hotel staff with excellent service. Rooms are more of a European style, basic. If one thing needs updating it would be the matresses. The mattresses in our room, were a bit hard and you could feel the springs. Restaurant menu was great and quality of food generous. Will stay again

The staff was very helpful in the front desk and in the restaurant. Breakfast was great, buffet style. The common restrooms need upgrade, cover yellowing. The room was clean and comfy.

Excellent stay

This was a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was comfortable and good hot water flow for the shower. Internet-great. Breakfast-great. Definitely worth staying here again. Great job everybody.

Great hotel at an affordable price. We stayed for 4 nights and have to say I am quite impressed with the quality of the service, always delivered with a smile. Room as clean and relatively spacious, the food at the restaurant by the pool is of the highest quality offering local dishes and outstanding service. I also tried the SPA, and they were able to accommodate a massage on short notice. Certainly when traveling to Bucaramanga in the future I will stay here again.

We got stained towels, an overstuffed fridge that caused and accident and were basically called liars by the staff. We also paid exorbitant fees unfairly for attempting to clean the mess of glass from the overstuffed fridge. It definitely feels as if our nature of tipping and taking care of the staff was taken advantage of and when asked to speak to someone in charge of everyone, we were given a runaround and not resolved at all. Will never stay here again and don’t recommend it given the staffs multiple times that we were taken for fools and ripped off.
