I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The biggest issue was the air conditioner, which produced an unbearable level of noise throughout the entire night. It made it almost impossible to get any rest. Additionally, the customer service was lacking, both upon arrival and departure. Overall, I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a restful and pleasant experience

The service was incredible. The staff’s attention and care were outstanding — they were very attentive to my parents, who both have mobility challenges. They were always checking in on us, with great willingness to help. Something truly admirable is that all the hotel staff were always smiling, even with the hotel full and lots of work to do. The hotel also has a great pool and a wonderful view of the city, both from the pool area and the restaurant. Highly recommended!
