The room was warm and the shower water was hot! We found it difficult to get to the room due to large amount of ice in parking lot. The door was difficult to shut as well as our neighbors who we could tell also had a difficult time shutting their door. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Hardly would call this a resort. The restaurant associated with the hotel was disappointing. The food appeared to be prepared in an unsanitary area. Breakfast did not have many options and the options that were available were very disappointing. The hot water was luke warm at best and the eggs were rubbery. Almost wish we hadn't eaten at all. In addition, there was a sheet of ice in front of the entrance to the restaurant. We found this to be unsafe to patrons who might slip before entering the establishment.

We appreciate you letting us know about the lot around the restaurant. We will have our maintenance team see what they can do to make it a smoother transition from the snow of the season to the restaurant entrance. Thanks for bringing it to our attention

Clean and well maintained. The walls are thin, but it's an older building - could hear neighbors coming and going.

My fiancé and I stayed here and are normally very easy to please. In most situations, if there are factors of a hotel we did not like, it wouldn’t lead us to writing a bad review. But this stay was so beyond what we could tolerate, and I want to help others. Overall the facility was “clean”. I wasn’t to keen on walking around without socks on, but it’s appearance suggested it was clean. The window in the bathroom was cracked and it let in the precipitation, but that was minor. What made our visit so unfortunate was the customer service. The, I’m guessing, owner of the grounds was incredibly rude and unhelpful. A blizzard was moving through the area and our car got stuck in his parking lot for over an hour as we attempted to leave. He provided absolutely no assistance and was rude when we asked for help. Also his facility is a “resort”, which means we were asked to pay resort fees upon arriving. Nothing about the facility showed signs of anything resort-like. It’s truly a motel. There are other hotels that are much nicer, have much better customer service, and are closer to Bryce Canyon. I recommend you stay there. They were incredibly helpful when we were trying to rent snowshoes. We stayed at this facility to stay away from corporation hotels, but this hotel/motel was just not worth our money. To add on, we did get breakfast included in our stay and it was at Cowboy Ranch House. That owner and their food was incredible. I wrote another review for that restaurant.

Bryce Canyon geta 90 inches of snow each year. On Thanksgiving we got 23 inches of snow over night. That means we got a quarter of our entire years snow in one day. As most people can imagine getting out from under that amount of snow can be a long day for everyone. While most guests were understanding and even helped each other get unstuck or helped our team shovel you chose a different route. A threw a temper tantrum in the lobby and causd a scene while our manager tried to assure you the team was working as quickly as possible. So we appreciate your right to write a review we also feel that readers of Expedia reviews understand the context and nature. Easy going would not be a description we would use to describe you and your fiance. We hope that the rest of your journey goes a bit smoother

We had a brief but very comfortable stay at Bryce Canton Resort! We also enjoyed dinner and then a delicious complimentary breakfast at their restaurant next door!
