Not much unique. The breakfast area was cluttered. A "resort fee" was added to the room charge after the room was booked, which we did not appreciate.

The beds were comfortable. Towels were plush. Stayed 1 night. Breakfast was OK.

The location was ideal for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park.

The only reason i stayed at this hotel is because they would not give a refund when i tried to cancel my stay even with over a weeks notice. Hotel was fine, it didnt have a microwave but thats ok. It did have a fridge and coffee maker which is nice. The problem was that the hotel was not willing to accomidate or work with us at all. And i was charged at three different times during the stay, once when i reserved the hotel and two separate times i was charger with fees that the hotel was not transparent about making my stay almost twice the cost as it originally seemed it would be. Overal the place itself was fine but the staff and its policies were awful.

Stuff like that are everywhere including the museum. Don't misinformed other guest just because you don't like the room. Be kind to people who showed up and gave their efforts.
