Stay at Domaine Cice de Blossac

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful setting surrounded by water and a lovely golf course. Great for walks with the dog. Bar and restaurant were really good. Enjoyed the food and the breakfast.

An escape just outside the city

This was a last minute switch from a place in town and boy, are we happy we did! We felt so secluded but also within 3 minutes of a giant grocery store and shopping area! The room was very spacious and the balcony overlooking the water was excellent. We took advantage of the kayaking. We ate both dinner and breakfast using our kitchen - sponge, dish soap, towel, and dishwasher tablet provided.

Hotel very spread out.

Signage to hotel part of complex not very clear. Checked in told where room was, but had difficult locating the room. Had to climb two flights os stairs from car park area. Hand rails were old and weather worn, my husband had several splinters in his hand from the wooden railings. Hotel room was nice, quiet and clean. Shower was really good. Food in main part of hotel, fine because it was a nice day, not sure would feel the same if raining. Dinner taken was ok. breakfast next morning was fine. Not a great amount of fruit. lovely surroundings, nice to hear the birds singing.

At the reception of the hotel we were informed that there is no pool available, but only a spa, which is not free, 49 euros for 2, during one hour. I contacted hotsl.com to ask to change the pictures, because it is really misleading. The room was very nice, really nice bes, but not very clean.
