It was so bad that we immediately booked a room at another hotel. I think someone had cooked ramen noodles in the room before we arrived as there was still food debris still left on the stove and counter and the smell of ramen.

Very good stay at Wellness Apart Hotel

Check in to the hotel was great, and the manager was polite and very helpful. It was also my first time staying in an apart hotel, and that experience is unforgettable. The room was very nice and warm when the weather was terrible, and my stay was very comfortable.

We (family of 5, with 3 kids) stayed here our last night in Belgium, to be closer to the airport. Wish I'd done better research first. Hotel is not in a great part of town, in the 5 minute walk from the tram back to the hotel I had something stolen from a bag I was carrying. Room wasn't very clean, beds were hard, and it was difficult to sleep with the noise from the street. I would not stay here again, especially with kids. There's a tiny parking garage beside the hotel, call inside and they'll open the door for you.

Giving two stars is being generous

The property itself was in a very sketchy area. Check-in was smooth, but It still seemed a little iffy with process. I had to retrieve my own passport on the copier machine, which did not subside my nervousness about the area. Once we got to our room, there was mold on the ceiling and a broken vanity cabinet. Also, no one informed us that we needed to put the card in the slot in order to have electricity in the entire room. I could tell that at one point, the room look nice, but those days may have passed. People were also smoking right in front of my front door which seeped into the room. I only stayed one night, but that was plenty.

El apartamento era muy grande y completo, aunque quizás necesite un poco de reforma al haber algunos muebles desgastados. El personal muy amable, nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de la hora, cosa que se agradece. La pena fue que la calle estaba en obras y los tranvías no paraban justo en la puerta, pero de normal, sí lo hacen.

Muy buena opcion para viaje de amigos

Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias, aunque llegamos antes de la hora deo check inn, nos apoyaron con el resguardo de las maletas para poder salir a conocer la zona, el personal muy amable. Para nuestra estancia que fue de viaje de amigos lo recomiendo mucho.

Såg bra ut i bilder men mindre bra på plats. Rummet var ganska slitet. Ingen bra isolering på fönstren, man hörde väldig mycket trafiken från gatan. Trevlig personal däremot.

C'était correct et propre. Cela correspond au descriptif. Pour le stationnement, il y a un parking privé sécurisé en dehors de l hôtel a 4 min à pied mais rien à voir avec l établissement.

The mgr. Was very nice. The young man was very helpful and friendly. The surrounds of the building was very dirty. The maps said, this place wasn’t far from from the city center. I believe 10 mins drive. This is completely the opposite area and no safe area.

El personal fue amable. En la habitación no servían la caja de seguridad y una lámpara de noche no encendía. En el baño no había jabón y faltaban focos por lo que había poca luz, la distribución de la regadera está muy peligrosa. Las fotos que muestran distan mucho de la realidad! Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

Couldn't have been happier with our room .Booked one room for 5 adults .Very clean comfortable bed .Much bigger than we expected .This was a welcome surprise after a very long day .Communication from the virtual agent when we were running late for check in was excellent .So very helpful and then on arrival hotel reception were just as helpful

hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Check in was easy and the staff were polite. The only downside was the mattress which had a big dip in the centre, resulting in a not so comfortable sleep.
