Room was nice and clean. Front desk check in worker was very friendly and helpful. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It’s a couple minute walk to a tram stop where you can take the tram to the old town Gran Place area where most of the tourist sites are.

Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok. However, the staff are very helping and courteous.

Appears to be predominantly a business hotel. However, Reception and cleaning staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. There are a few cafes for breakfast within walking distance but not much in the way of restaurants nearby for an evening meal. We tended to walk into the historic centre to eat in the evening. We ate breakfast in the hotel on our last morning and it was plentiful and delicious.

This hotel was a great value and had a lot of character. We enjoyed our room because it was extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and even upgraded our room because we asked for a large bed. I think this hotel has everything if you're looking for a good value place to stay with a little bit of character and in a great location. I would stay there again.

Lovely large room, but AC didn't seem too strong. Breakfast is excellent - great choices, fresh food/salmon, clean and well maintained despite buffet style. Fantastic hotel with very courteous staff! We were close to the Christmas markets, which is why we were there. We were especially surprised to see that the sofa bed that my son used was made and ready for sleep when we arrived later in the evening from a day of exploring! This is the level of service from this hotel! My only criticism is that we were charge an extra 30 Euro for arriving early even though our room was ready. I still give it 5 stars!
