La situation de l'appartement est super, et l'espace en lui-même est bien. Ça pourrait être fantastique si c'était entretenu, mais tout ou presque est défaillant : matelas de lit éventré, lattes de sommier cassées, mauvaise isolation phonique (y compris des fenêtres donc on entend toute la rue), ampoules grillées, chaise cassée, gel douche à sec, grille de hotte de cuisine manquante... Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la télévision, avons envoyé un message au numéro de service 24/24. Réponse très rapide, mais pour dire qu'il n'y avait pas de technicien disponible... Pas de notice fournie non plus, et pas de tri des déchets recyclables.

Hébergement grand et propre conforme à la description. Deux inconvénients : aucun savon dans les réservoirs et surtout plus d’eau chaude après deux douches alors que nous étions 5 personnes. De plus, une des chambres n’avait aucun rideau.

Contact avec l'hébergeur très difficile, l'hébergeur ne répondant ni aux mails ni aux SMS, ni aux appels, ni aux messages whats'app... jusqu'à quelques heures avant notre arrivée, et seulement par sms. Appartement à rénover, peintures à raffraichir, quelques petits travaux à effectuer dans l'appartement (problèmes d'éclairage, d'écoulement d'eau, ....). Cuisine équipée avec le minimum.
