Arrived at 11 pm and the building entrance was too dark. ended up using my phone light to walk in and navigate my way through 3 doors. Elevator was not working, called the service number with no answer. Couldn't find the lift instructions in the email. I climbed the stairs to the 4th floor with my luggage. The flush handle was broken in the bathroom! Minimalist bedroom, bed was clean and comfortable tho. No complimentary water. Good space and fully equipped kitchen but it didn't feel comfortable. I don't recommend it and won't book it again.

A 2 pas du quartier européen, bien équipé avec ce qu'il faut pour se préparer ses repas. Certains éléments de mobilier auraient besoin d'être rafraîchis. Quelques serviettes supplémentaires ne seraient pas superflues.

Acceptable apartment, awful management

The apartment was booked and sold as having a double bed and a double sofa bed. When made sure to add in a request for bedding in the booking information. When we arrived there was no bedding for the sofa bed, on calling the help line they couldn't help and said to message a Whatsapp group, no reply from that for over 24 hours, tried emailing and calling repeatedly. After 24 hours we finally got a response saying they wouldn't provide bedding for the sofa bed unless an additional 25 euros was paid. Even though it was advertised. After a long call with hotels.com they agreeded the advert was misleading and tried to fix it but the SmartFlats company were being exceptionally stubborn and refusing to help at all. The apartment was reasonable but having to spend 5 nights on a bed with no sheets as they refused to supply was exceptionally annoying given the significant cost of the apartment. Overall AVOID this company and find somewhere else as they wont help at all.

The flat was comfortable and clean and located just down the street from the European Commission. There were some nice neighborhood restaurants nearby. It was about a 20 min walk to the Gran Place. The flat was very much a corporate apartment with a corporate feel - no personal or warm touches. Comfortable and fine for our family.

Left outside in the cold.

I arrived at the apartment only to find out that I couldn’t enter the block because they forgot to send me the code to the main door. Was left outside in the cold for about an hour until the problem was sorted out. The second lady I talked to on the phone was very helpful but the first representative was completely lost as to what should done.

The pressure of the shower is not acceptable. Almost impossible to have a proper shower in three days. The rest of the apartment was good enough. Bigger than I thought, good kitchen and living room.

Små tiltag kan forbedre lejeligheden væsentligt.

Ærgerligt at man er tvunget til at sidde ned i badekaret og bruse sig, da der mangler beslag til brushoved, samt at slangen kun kan nå op i 140 cm højde. Ellers en god lejelighed, som dog trænger til vedligeholdelse af mindre defekter, Komforten er fin hvis man kun er 2, ellers mangler der behagelige fjernsynsstole.

Spacious and modern flat

Spacious flat in an excellent localtion near EU quarters. Bus and metro stations nearby. The flat is modern and well equipped. Very spacious. A small grocery shop nearby and a couple of small restaurants around the block. One thing to think abt is that there is no front desk there so it’s not possible to leave any bagage after check out time there. Only at their office in the center. Would stay there again.

Die Apartments bieten alles, was man zum Übernachten benöitigt. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung und die Lage war super. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man hauptsächlich im Europaviertel unterwegs ist - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächste Ubahn Station so wie der nächste Supermarkt sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr sperrig eingerichtet, wir hätten uns nach einen Kasten gesehnt. Die Küche ist auch voll ausgestattet. Sogar mit Toaster. Leider waren die Wände stellenweise beschädigt, die Farbe ist abgeblättert bzw. kleine Risse waren zu sehen. Trauig wie rücksichtslos manche mit dem Besitz von anderen umgehen.. Alles in allem aber top. Wir würden es nochmal buchen.

There was no internet and the TV was not working. When I contacted the owner, they responded promptly but said they will send an engineer the next day ... when I would be gone! This was not helpful as I booked the property for 24 hours. I have complained but instead they told me to book again with them so that I can get a discount! I found this rude and unprofessional.

Nice apartments close to EU institutions

Very nice apartments in a rather normal house, close to EU institutions, maybe the signage outside could be better. First I was little nervous about no reception in the building, but the distribution of access code and wi-fi password via e-mail worked well. Huge rooms and very clean and well furnished. The only disadvantage is there is no lift inside, but I knew that in advance (it may be a problem with heavy luggage however). No eating options inside. Not the cheapest accommodation, but that is unfortunately a rule in Brussels, so overall I can only recommend it. It is convenient especially for a longer stay, but good also for 1 nights or so.
