Our room was large and very clean. The bed was excellent. The bathroom was very nice in particular with the rain shower. We appreciate the free bottles of water every day. Very friendly staff who would chat with you. The hotel's location is perfect for getting to everything, Centraal station, Grand Place, the palace, museums, etc. We also did day trips to Ghent and Brugge very easily.

Great location within a 1000 feet of Central train station and a few blocks from historic city center. There was a lot of road construction in the area which might be hard for someone arriving by car, but our room was quiet and we did not hear traffic or road work. The rooms were modern and spacious. The only difficult part was finding the actual entrance. It’s not well marked and the door is locked. You have to ring a bell for entry on your arrival. Once checked in, your room key opens the door.

Nice hotel near Central station. Clean room which seems to be recently remodelled. As most downtown hotels may do, no view from room other than close buildings, but enjoyed view to inner sectors. Friendly staffs. Small, but good breakfast with espresso, yogurt, juice, fruits, cheese, bread and danish. Bar staff was very kind, in particular. I had to present at an international online meeting to Japan, and had no issues at all with the wifi. Very efficient.
