Literally the perfect location to walk to everything you wish to see in Brussels! And three minute walk from the train station for those day excursions to Bruges etc. I had a luxury room and was extremely impressed with the space, comfort, and cleanliness. I would stay here again on my next visit for sure.

Great property, very close to everything we wanted to see and do in Brussels. We arrived by Train to Brussels Central train station, it was a very short walk to the hotel. The hotel is literally next door to St Michaels Cathedral and a short walk to Grand Place and other typical tourist spots. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and highly recommend.

Fabulous stay - bed was so comfortable, room had everything you need - and what a wonderful shower! All staff so helpful and welcoming. So close to the station too - and to the old district with all the chocolate and waffles you can eat!! Was a wonderful stay, would highly recommend. My little sister and I had a wonderful stay here! The staff was friendly, it is walking distance to the main city center but far enough way that we enjoyed a peaceful and quiet stay. I dined at the living bar and it was delicious! I tried the mushroom and truffle ravioli. The room was spacious with incredible AC- much needed during this heat wave. Would come back and stay again.

We booked a junior suite, and it was so affordable that my expectations were a little low, but it was absolutely perfect for us. Super comfy bed, big chromecast TV, and lovely little treats on arrival. Great hotel team too, as everyone was super helpful and friendly. I’d also like to give a HUGE thanks to a gentleman on the front desk who helped us quickly recover my daughter’s backpack after she mistakenly left it at the hotel after we’d checked out. His speedy response meant we didn’t miss our Eurostar train home! If and when we return to Brussels, I’ll definitely book this hotel again.

Pillows lives up to and surpasses its name—truly the most luxurious bedding and comfortable mattress we have experienced in a long time. Management handled an air-con failure very professionally, and switched our room to a higher floor with a more spacious suite. Excellent service all around!

Our room was large and very clean. The bed was excellent. The bathroom was very nice in particular with the rain shower. We appreciate the free bottles of water every day. Very friendly staff who would chat with you. The hotel's location is perfect for getting to everything, Centraal station, Grand Place, the palace, museums, etc. We also did day trips to Ghent and Brugge very easily.

Amazing location! Extremely clean and modern hotel. We stayed in a family room and I’ve never seen this concept in a European hotel before and our family loved it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
