Great value for the location! Wonderful front desk person, Sadek, was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for a fee upon early arrival and checkout. Hot showers in private bathroom with hairdryer, comfy beds with clean sheets and within easy walking distance to Grand Place and everything we wanted to see. Floors squeak and walls are thin, but for the price it suited our needs for 2 nights for our family of 3.

We stayed at Safestay Hotel in Brussels for 4 nights and had a great time! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and tourist spots. The room was clean, with a perfectly sized washroom. The digital room key was a nice modern touch. The elevator is a bit old and sometimes a little shaky, but it gets the job done. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. We stayed during spring, so the cool weather was perfect—but just a heads-up, there’s no AC in the room, so it might get a bit warm during summer. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for short visits!

The beds were minimal, literally a thin cheap foam on top of a metal frame. There wasn't much room for more than one person to put checked baggage at a time. Other than that it was an adequate stay with friendly staff

Quite a bit of street noise but maybe should have been expected due to the location. Would have been nice to have a mirror in the room and a place to sit. Thought it a bit shabby I had to pay to store my luggage. Lockers could have been bigger.
