The rooms were extremely spacious and perfect for a family of 4 with young kids. The property and rooms made us feel luxurious. the staff was friendly, helpful and patient with all our requests. The only drawback that we have was that the air conditioning was not working the controller was broken and we travelled during the heat wave but the staff was very helpful and adjusted the temperature from their end.

The room looked exactly like the photos, clean, modern, spacious. The staff were really amazing and helpful! Especially, the first night we realised the air conditioning in our room was not working, so they managed to move us to a new room and gave us free breakfast as compensation. They were very quick and efficient resolving our problems. Also, we used the gym and it came with a sauna room which is pretty cool. The hotel is really great and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff definitely added a lot to the stay. The train station and bus stop are also right next to the hotel so that’s amazing.

We were wonderfully welcomed by Kate at reception. A perfect hotel in every way. The furnishings were brand new. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't have an opinion. It's a 5-minute walk to the European Parliament. I would definitely choose it again if I come back.
