All the staff - reception, concierge, bar and restaurant - were friendly and professional. Our junior suite was well-maintained and the restaurant food was of a good standard, if a little over-generous on portion sizes. I'd recommend offering smaller portions for older customers whose appetite can no longer cope with large plates of food.

The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming upon arrival. The breakfast options were varied and quite delicious. Parking garage was located right under the hotel, which was a plus as I was able to leave it parked the entire stay. The hotel is centrally located and about a 7min walk from the Grand Place.

Phenomenal staff that were very helpful and attentive. The coffee in room was excellent. The decor was somewhat dark. There were technical issues with my door lock battery dying and the AC emitting a high pitch noise.

The hotel is nice and so is the breakfast. However I would not book this hotel again in the summer. The air conditioning does not work, it is hugely compromised and switched off at night. We got no benefit from the air conditioning.

Great location but the service of front desk and the rooms not having good ac system make this more of a 3.5-4 star hotel not the typical 5 star I am use too. Gregory at concierge was awesome! Had to change rooms twice and ac system in both rooms were not working or not that great to cool down the room

The location of this hotel was fabulous!! Right next to the Grand Royal Galleria. The air conditioning was nice!! We stayed in the family room and the beds were a bit small but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay ! Great breakfast ! Great staff! This is one of the hotels that checked marked everything. The staff in concierge was so helpful and made sure we had everything during our short stay. My only suggestion is to get 2 queen beds if 4 traveling. We got 1 king and 1 sofa bed but the sofa bed was not good because we could feel the metal bars. We were tired and still slept through. Maybe little kid will be ok but definitely something to consider.
